All 2XArcLine products are made to order and fulfilled through our print-on-demand production partners.

Order Processing

After an order is placed, we allow up to 24 hours for order review, changes, or cancellation requests before production begins.

Production Time

  • Average production: 1–3 business days

  • Production times may vary slightly during high-volume periods

Made-to-Order & Collectibles Policy

2XArcLine produces all items on a made-to-order or limited basis. Purchases may include apparel, collectible photography prints, abstract works, or original paintings. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet started.

  • Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or changed.

Returns & Refunds

Because items are produced to order or offered as limited or one-of-one works, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Color or aesthetic preference

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer’s remorse

Please review product details carefully before purchasing.

Refunds & Replacements (Approved Cases Only)

We will replace or refund items that arrive:

  • Defective

  • Misprinted

  • Damaged during shipping

  • Incorrectly fulfilled

To qualify:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the item and packaging

  • Approved claims will result in a replacement or refund to the original payment method

North Wall — Art, Abstracts & Originals (Addendum)

Final Sale

  • All North Wall works are final sale.

  • Original paintings are one-of-one works and are removed from sale immediately after purchase.

  • Original works cannot be exchanged or reproduced.

Production

Apparel

  • Produced through print-on-demand partners

  • Typical production time: 1–3 business days

North Wall (Photography, Abstracts, Originals)

  • Produced on archival paper, canvas, or specialty media depending on the work

  • Abstract works may be:

    • Hand-finished

    • Produced in limited quantities

    • Or created as one-of-one originals

  • Production timelines vary by medium and may exceed standard print timelines

  • Estimated production time is noted on the product page or communicated after purchase when applicable

Packaging

  • Apparel is packaged for standard transit

  • North Wall works are packaged using:

    • Protective wrapping

    • Rigid flat mailers, reinforced packaging, tubes, or custom boxes

    • Padding appropriate to size and medium

  • Packaging is selected to preserve surface integrity and structural stability

Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping methods and carriers are selected based on item size, weight, and destination

  • Tracking information is provided once an order ships

  • Delivery timelines vary by destination and carrier and may be affected by:

    • Holidays

    • Carrier volume

    • Customs processing (international orders)

  • Once an item has shipped, delivery timing is outside of our direct control

Risk & Delivery Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for providing a secure and accurate delivery address

  • We recommend monitoring tracking and ensuring availability to receive the package upon delivery
